PACB President/CEO Frank A. Pinto and Chuck Leyh, President/CEO of Enterprise Bank and PACB Vice Chairman, championed community banking in a panel discussion in front of the House Appropriations Committee on January 28, 2010. Frank and Chuck articulated the value of community banking in PA, as well as provided ideas on how Pennsylvania can better capitalize upon its vast network of community banks.
