Marketing Track cancellations made 61 days or more in advance of the first webinar or conference included in the Marketing Track will be issued an 80% refund. Cancellations received 31 to 60 days prior to the first webinar or conference will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the first webinar or conference are not eligible for a refund. Any cancellation or refund request must be made in writing.
